Instructions

  1. You MUST have an appointment to see one of our doctors and appointments are booked through a referral from a referring practitioner.
  2. If your child's condition has changed or worsened, contact your primary care provider so they can inform the clinic and the referral can be reviewed.

Getting Here

  1. The main clinic is located across the street from the Belleville General Hospital, just East of the traffic lights at MacDonald Avenue & Dundas Street, and West of the Kinder Learning Centre.
  2. It is on the third floor.
