Patient & Visitor Experience

Instructions

  1. Patients will receive a call from a pre-op nurse prior to the date of service to gather health history and medication information.
  2. All patients will be scheduled for a COVID-19 test prior to surgery day, conducted on the Overlake Medical Center campus.
  3. Patients will be contacted by staff to confirm arrival time, which is 1 to 1.5 hours before scheduled procedure.

Getting Here

  1. Conveniently located in Building 3 of the Overlake Medical Center, Suite 300, on the north end of the hospital campus.
  2. Patients should park in Garage 3 and follow signs to Building 3.
  3. The center is on the third floor of Building 3.
