Instructions
- Patients will receive a call from a pre-op nurse prior to the date of service to gather health history and medication information.
- All patients will be scheduled for a COVID-19 test prior to surgery day, conducted on the Overlake Medical Center campus.
- Patients will be contacted by staff to confirm arrival time, which is 1 to 1.5 hours before scheduled procedure.
Getting Here
- Conveniently located in Building 3 of the Overlake Medical Center, Suite 300, on the north end of the hospital campus.
- Patients should park in Garage 3 and follow signs to Building 3.
- The center is on the third floor of Building 3.
