Instructions

  1. Your surgery will be rescheduled if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had a higher risk exposure with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your surgery date.
  2. Upon entering the building, you are no longer required to wear a face mask, but may wear one if you choose.
  3. You may have one visitor accompany you to your surgery. We encourage you to have your driver drop you off and come back to pick you up; however, he or she may wait in the lobby if you prefer.

Getting Here

  1. Located on the lower level of The Center at 2200 NE Neff Road.
  2. Dedicated covered parking is available for patients having surgery; enter the parking lot from Purcell Boulevard and proceed directly to the underground parking area.
