About the Clinic

The Indiana University Health Center provides student-centered, high-quality medical, psychological care, and wellness services for IU Bloomington students, their spouses, and dependents age 12 and older. Services include medical clinic, pharmacy, lab, physical therapy, eye clinic, immunizations, STI testing, virtual visits, and counseling.

Instructions

  1. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must fill out the online Consent for Medical Treatment of a Minor form.
  2. If you have a chronic illness, have your current healthcare specialist fax a referral with your most recent office notes, medication lists, diagnostic reports, and lab results for the past 6 months to 812-855-4245.
  3. For urgent health problems, call 812-856-5002 or 812-856-5003 to speak with a nurse.
