  1. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  2. Bring all of your medications (bottles, not a list), including supplements and over-the-counter products.
  3. Know how long your visit is scheduled for (regular office visits are 15 minutes, urgent care/same day are 10 minutes, counselling is 20 minutes, Periodic Health Exams range from 30-60 minutes).
