  1. For Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fontaine, for easiest access please enter through the Fontaine Research Park Building 415.
  2. For Adult Wheelchair Care, enter through the Building 515 entrance, walk straight ahead through double doors into Building 545, and take elevators to the 3rd floor.
