Instructions

  1. Antihistamines and some stomach antacids may interfere with allergy skin testing. Allegra/fexofenadine, Zyrtec/cetirizine, Xyzal/levocetirizine, Claritin/loratadine, Clarinex/desloratadine, and Atarax/hydroxyzine should be stopped one week before allergy testing.
  2. All other antihistamines should be stopped two days before testing.
  3. The following stomach antacids should be discontinued two days prior to allergy testing: Zantac/ranitidine, Tagamet/cimetidine, and Pepcid/famotidine.

Getting Here

  1. The Port Huron office is located in the former Chase Bank building.
  2. The Birch Run office is located in the MyMichigan Health – Formerly St. Mary’s.
  3. The Flint office is on South Linden Road, one-quarter mile south of Bristol Road.
