  1. Activate your prescription from an Outside Provider by having your provider send prescriptions electronically to military pharmacies using the provided NCPDP/NPI numbers.
  2. For same day pickup, activate prescriptions using Q-Anywhere text service, phone, or an activation kiosk at the hospital.
  3. For new prescriptions or doctor-called-in refills from an MTF Provider, use Q-Anywhere text service, Q-Anywhere via Kiosk, Digital Pharmacy Drop Box (via MHS GENESIS Patient Portal), Internet Request Form, or Phone Activation.

  1. ATAMMC Hospital Pharmacy is located in Oaks Pavilion, Floor 1, Room O1.700.
  2. The pharmacy activation kiosk is in the front hallway of the hospital on Floor 1, between Oaks Pavilion and Eagle Pavilion.
