- Active duty service members should report to the Cardinal/Swan Team during sick call hours (7:30-8 a.m.) to receive a same day appointment with a Department of Family Medicine provider. Appointments are on a first come, first served basis and cannot be made over the phone or by the appointment line; appointments are made face-to-face only.
- All service members will sign their name in the SICK CALL Record book to verify date, time, and presence.
- Use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request medication renewals from your provider. Include the medication name(s) in your message.

- Madigan Family Medicine is located on the ground floor of the Medical Mall.
- From the Madigan Army Medical Center Gate (Interstate 5 Exit 122), continue on Jackson Ave. to the second traffic light (on base) and turn right at Beaumont Ave.
