  2. 2If you have an urgent issue, please call 811, 911, Mobile Crisis (902-429-8167), or visit your nearest walk-in or emergency room.
  3. 3Please ring the doorbell if using the wheelchair ramp entrance.

  5. 5Please note that there is a cancellation policy of at least 24 h notice prior to your appointment and no shows will be billed.
  6. 6To cancel your appointment, please call the office at 902-406-1500 or send a message through our Pomelo portal.
  7. 7Prescriptions are ONLY renewed with a booked appointment (with either Dr. Patriquin or our NP Aisha Yaffa).
  8. 8Your pharmacy can also refill most medications if you have run out.
  9. 9Please book appointments for medication refills 1-2 weeks in advance of your prescription running out.
  10. 10Please do not call the office requesting a prescription renewal.
  11. 11Please ensure all information is up to date prior to your visit. This includes: phone numbers(s), email address, home address, pharmacy, and health card expiry date.
  12. 12You can update this information with admin through Pomelo, over the phone, or in person prior to your appointment.
  13. 13Any requisitions, letters, forms, etc. discussed during your appointment will be sent to you through our Pomelo portal.
  14. 14Please allow up to 48h after your appointment for these materials to be sent.
  15. 15If a follow-up visit is necessary, please book one with admin or through Pomelo following your appointment.
  16. 16Please note that all bloodwork, referrals, test results, prescription refills and forms require a booked appointment.
