  4. 4Our clinic uses Ocean MD secure messaging to communicate.
  5. 5Email is not routinely monitored for medical issues or booking appointments.
  6. 6If you require urgent medical services after hours, you are advised to go to the nearest emergency department.
  7. 7All patients over the age of 4 are encouraged to wear a mask when coming into the clinic if they may have an infection.
  8. 8Please provide your preferred phone number at the time of booking.
  9. 9Make sure that this number accepts calls from blocked callers and answer the phone when the doctor calls.
  10. 10If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 business hours notice, you may be subject to a $50 “no-show” fee.
  11. 11Only email our office if we have requested you to do so for follow-up of a medical issue, or for administrative purposes.
  12. 12New medical requests by email, including prescription renewals, will not be addressed.
  13. 13If you are sending us a document that was requested, please send in pdf format.
  14. 14Please do not use a walk-in clinic if we are open, always call our office first for any of your medical needs.
