  1. On your first visit, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your pain problems. A treatment plan will be discussed with you. If you require diagnostic tests they will be ordered at that time. Your doctor will discuss medications if they are appropriate for you.
  2. Existing users can view their health information, see appointments and send messages to the Providers at http://portal.birminghampain.com
  3. Please call (205) 313-PAIN during our normal hours of operation to make an appointment. A friendly receptionist will collect your information and get you started in our New Patient process.
