INcompass Healthcare, formerly CMHC, has served Southeastern Indiana since 1967, offering comprehensive behavioral health, addiction, and primary care services across 19 locations. The center provides a continuum of care for adults and youth, including inpatient and outpatient services, crisis care, and recovery support.

  1. To begin or restart outpatient behavioral health or substance use disorder services, visit one of our Same Day Access locations during clinic hours to complete an initial assessment.
  2. For medication questions or refill requests, call the Med Line at (812) 532-3428 and leave a message. Allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
  3. To schedule an appointment, contact your provider’s office directly.
