Instructions

  1. Bring any medical records, including immunization (shot) records, to your child's appointment.
  2. Masks are currently optional at all Cincinnati Children's locations, but are available at entrances. Patients with symptoms of a respiratory illness or recovering from a COVID infection are asked to wear a mask.
