  1. New Patients: If you take antihistamines, you MUST book your appointment 5 days from stopping antihistamines. Antihistamines WILL interfere with testing.
  2. All Patients: After scheduling, our staff will call for additional information. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH OUR OFFICE OVER THE PHONE OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
  3. If your insurance requires a referral we may need to cancel your appointment until we receive one.
