- New Patients: If you take antihistamines, you MUST book your appointment 5 days from stopping antihistamines. Antihistamines WILL interfere with testing.
- All Patients: After scheduling, our staff will call for additional information. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH OUR OFFICE OVER THE PHONE OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
- If your insurance requires a referral we may need to cancel your appointment until we receive one.
