Research Involvement

The clinic is involved in basic, clinical, and translational research in areas such as acute lung injury, nutrition in the ICU, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, surfactant replacement therapy in ARDS, pneumonitis following stem cell transplant, COPD, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, biomarker development in obstructive sleep apnea, asthma, hypoxia, non-surgical lung volume reduction in bullous emphysema, oxidative stress and hypoxia.
