  1. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for traffic and paperwork and prevent long waits.
  2. Bring your insurance card and government-issued photo ID.
  3. Face masks are required for all appointments and must be worn at all times. Masks with pop-off valves are not acceptable; a paper mask will be offered.

  1. Office is near the Surgery Center of Lynchburg and the Centra Heart & Vascular Institute.
  2. For general appointments and Ortho On Call, park in front of the building and enter through the main doors.
  3. For therapy and MRI appointments, park in the lot behind the building and enter through the sliding glass doors in the back.
