About the Clinic

Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program (SCHARP) provides mental health and social services to vulnerable ethnic minority populations, homeless mentally ill, and homeless dually diagnosed individuals in Southern California. Services include mental health assessments, therapy, case management, psychiatric services, and specialized programs for children, youth, and adults with serious mental illness.
