Instructions

  1. First visit is usually 1-1.5 hours in length and includes completing paperwork regarding contact information, discussion of consent and confidentiality, a thorough history of your mental and emotional state, followed by goal setting to develop a personalized treatment plan.
  2. Payment is due at time of service.
