- You must present a valid Ontario Health Card or your up-to-date Interim Federal Health paperwork at the time of your appointment.
- If you have seen one of our surgeons in the past, but now wish to be seen for a new or different problem, you must see your family doctor first.
Getting Here
- Located on the east side of Dunwin Drive, just north of Dundas Street, directly behind 2145 Dunwin Drive.
- Enter through the main door to the right of unit #7 (marked #27/28).
- The patient entrance is on the main floor on the left-hand side of the vestibule.
