Patients aged 18 or older with opioid use disorder, alcohol addiction, or seeking smoking cessation, who agree to program policies and periodic urine samples.

Instructions

  1. Set up an intake appointment by contacting us by telephone or on-line.
  2. Visit a RTR addiction clinic and present your OHIP card.
  3. Must be 18 years of age or older.
