  2. For surgical appointments, do not drive to or from the clinic; do not eat or drink for 5 hours prior to appointment; bring a maxi pad/sanitary napkin; bring slippers or socks.
  3. For surgical appointments, wear a dress or nightgown that extends below the knee.
