- For patients currently admitted to a hospital, referrals should be sent through Ocean eReferral using the listing “The Ottawa Hospital – Inpatient Sub Acute Care TOH Rehabilitation Centre†for Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Service, Locomotor Care /Complex Orthopedics, Neuromuscular Care.
- For patients currently admitted to a hospital, referrals should be sent via fax for Amputee Rehabilitation (Dr. Nancy Dudek) and Respiratory Rehabilitation (Dr. Jackie Sandoz).
