Instructions
- When your child turns 18, please have them come in to the office to sign a consent form so we can release information to you if they choose.
- All walk-in patients must be checked in by 4:00 pm M-F.
- After hours, please follow the directions on our voicemail system to be directed to Children’s Mercy Triage Line.
