Instructions

  1. When your child turns 18, please have them come in to the office to sign a consent form so we can release information to you if they choose.
  2. All walk-in patients must be checked in by 4:00 pm M-F.
  3. After hours, please follow the directions on our voicemail system to be directed to Children’s Mercy Triage Line.

  1. Located on the first floor of the building on the southeast corner of College Boulevard and Antioch, with Kansas City Asthma and Allergy on the top floor.
