Patients seeking diagnosis and treatment for sleep disorders, including Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Periodic Limb Movements, and Parasomnias. Pediatric patients aged 2 and older are also accepted.

Instructions

  1. Make sure your hair is clean and dry before you arrive at the sleep center.
  2. Relax.
  3. Stick to your normal routine on the night of the study, including taking medications (unless advised otherwise by doctor) and regular food intake, avoiding caffeine.
