Instructions

  1. Requests for refills and changes to prescriptions written by PDEC physicians should be called directly to your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will contact us for approval. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD and allow at least 72 hours notice for local pharmacy refills and two to three weeks for mail-in pharmacy refills. We do not refill prescriptions after hours or on weekends.
  2. You will receive a letter regarding routine lab results; please allow two to three weeks for written notification. We will contact you by telephone if a discussion regarding abnormal results or dose changes is necessary.

  1. Located in Providence St. Vincent Hospital – East Pavilion.
  2. Head right of the Info desk and take the new elevators to the 9th floor.
