Instructions
- A referral is necessary for any of our services, and it must be appropriately approved.
- All referrals will be accepted for a screening evaluation to determine eligibility and appropriateness of services.
- To make a referral for Mobile Treatment Clinic or through a school partnership, call 410-526-7882 and complete a 15-20-minute screening with one of our intake coordinators.
