Instructions

  1. Avoid taking anti-vertigo, anti-nausea, sleeping pills (Melatonin is okay), pain medication, anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, mood disorder medication, allergy or cold medication (except nasal sprays), and antihistamines within 48 hours of vestibular evaluation.
  2. Bring a list of all medications and supplements (prescribed and over-the-counter) to your appointment.
  3. Avoid alcohol, tobacco products, and illicit drugs for 48 hours prior to vestibular testing.
