Handicapped parking spaces are designated in the parking ramp, near the Emergency Department and near the entrance of the Rehabilitation Center which is near 7th street and Jones street. Elevators at the south end of the parking ramp provide access to the 4th and 5th floors of the Heart and Vascular Center, a 1st-floor walkway leading to the south hospital building, and the 3rd and 1st floors of the Central Medical Building. Interpretation services for a variety of languages including American Sign Language are available.

Free parking is available in the parking ramp (accessible from 5th St and 6th St). Valet parking is available Monday–Friday, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 624 Jones St. City parking meters are located along 5th, 6th, 7th and Jones Streets.
