  1. For children under 18 not accompanied by a parent/guardian, bring signed permission to treat, insurance cards, medical information, and any copay/coinsurance/personal account balances.
  2. Discontinue all antihistamines prior to an Oral Food Challenge (7 days for Allegra, Zyrtec, Claritin, Xyzal; 3 days for Benadryl).
  3. Bring auto-injectable epinephrine device to Oral Food Challenge if you have one.
