Instructions

  1. Appointments are strongly encouraged for patient visitation; walk-in visits may be granted with availability and approval of the patient's treatment team.
  2. Visitors are reminded not to bring any sharp objects, glass containers, plastic bags or over-the-counter medications for patients.
  3. Visitors should not bring any drugs, alcoholic products or weapons of any kind onto hospital grounds.
