  1. Cancellation notice AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment to avoid a last minute-cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment.
  2. A “No-Show” for a confirmed appointment will incur a missed appointment fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment.
  3. Messages left after 4:30PM will not be picked up until the next business day (Tuesday to Friday).
