Instructions

  1. All appointments need at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.
  2. If you do not show for 2 (two) consecutive appointments, you will not be rebooked at that time and you will be required to revisit your family physician for another referral.
  3. Please do not come to our office if you have any flu like symptoms.

Getting Here

  1. Free parking is available in the No Frills parking lot at the Dixon Site.
  2. Green P parking is available at the Mount Dennis / Weston Site.
