Instructions

  1. Call for an appointment or walk into one of our clinics for pediatric services.
  2. For contraception or STI testing, call and mention it to get an appointment within 2 weeks.
  3. For dental pain, let us know when you call to be fit in as soon as possible.

Getting Here

  1. The Dental Clinic is located at 110 East Ninth Street, near the First Watch Restaurant in Bergfeld Center in Tyler.
  2. The Chapel Hill Clinic is located within the Chapel Hill high school campus; access is from CR 215 (Baseball Road) off of Highway 64, at the corner of Bethel Baptist Church.
