Patient Profile:The clinic is a full-service family practice offering comprehensive primary medical care, with expertise in HIV management. Currently, new patients are only accepted if they have an HIV diagnosis.
Patient Instructions
  1. 1If you have a work-related injury or illness, call and inform staff when booking your appointment and allow extra 5 min before your visit to provide WorksafeBC claim number and employer information.
  2. 2If your visit relates to an injury from a motor vehicle accident, call to book the appointment and provide ICBC claim number before your visit.
  3. 3For forms for your physician to fill out, inform staff when booking your appointment.
  4. 4For medication refills, ask your pharmacist to fax the request in with at least 24 hour notice (excluding HIV/PrEP medications).
  5. 5Refills for controlled medications must be made in person with your physician.
  6. 6To request refill for HIV/PrEP medications, call the clinic.
  7. 7If you are unable to make an appointment, call and let staff know.
  8. 8If you are running late for an appointment, phone and let staff know.
