Wheelchair patients can be accommodated if they can transfer onto the x-ray table. Chest x-rays can be done with the patient remaining in the chair if the chair arms are removable. Examining tables position quite low and can accommodate up to 500 lbs. Technologists are not able to hold or lift patients.

Free parking is available around and behind the building for up to two hours at Abbotsford. Free parking is available in the lot on the corner of 206th and Douglas Crescent, and street parking along Douglas Crescent at Langley. Free parking is available on Patten Avenue at Chilliwack.
