Instructions

  1. Do not come to the clinic if you are sick (even with a cold) or if your children have recently been ill with a stomach bug.
  2. If a family member thinks they have COVID, do not come to clinic even if you are not sick.
  3. Partners and children are welcome at office appointments, but do not bring sick children.
