No. Appointments booked through Cortico appear in your MedAccess day sheet, and the Lock feature prevents double-bookings during high-demand windows.

Do patients need to download an app?

No. Patients use a link from your website, email or text. No app download is required.

Cortico's MedAccess Integration

A connection to your MedAccess EMR that powers patient-facing booking, reminders, intake and messaging.

Patients book online from your website, and the appointment appears in your MedAccess day sheet. Cortico's Lock feature prevents double-bookings during busy windows. Intake forms are completed before the visit and added to the patient's chart, so staff skip the data entry. Reminders go out by email and SMS for both Cortico-booked and manually entered appointments, and patients confirm or reschedule in a few clicks.
