Please call 613-525-2222 X4120 for instructions on what to do next.
  2. For emergency check-in, bring proof of valid medical insurance (OHIP Card) and/or other insurance, a list of all current medications (including over-the-counter) and their containers, and any supplementary health records.
  3. Notify a nurse if your condition worsens while waiting in the Emergency Department.
