Instructions
- If you think you may have measles or if any of the following apply — traveled outside of Canada in the past 30 days, have fever, cough, runny nose, red/watery eyes, or a rash in the past 10 days, and have not received two (2) doses of the measles vaccine — DO NOT enter the hospital. Please call 613-525-2222 X4120 for instructions on what to do next.
- For emergency check-in, bring proof of valid medical insurance (OHIP Card) and/or other insurance, a list of all current medications (including over-the-counter) and their containers, and any supplementary health records.
- Notify a nurse if your condition worsens while waiting in the Emergency Department.
