Instructions

  1. When calling for an appointment, please tell reception the reason for your visit and have your Alberta Health Care number ready.
  2. Family members are welcomed to join if required as a caregiver. If the family member needs to be seen by a doctor, they must make a separate appointment.
  3. Please check in with reception upon arrival. They will update your information and inform the staff you've arrived.
