Patient & Visitor Experience

Public Funding 16 years and older for most services; individuals younger than 16 are eligible for selected services in some circumstances. Walk-in counselling clinic for ages 7 and up.

Best Fit Patients

Individuals aged 16 and older experiencing mild to severe mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and mental health crises.

Instructions

  1. For RAAM Clinic, appointments preferred but walk-ins accepted time permitting.
  2. For Walk-In Counselling Clinic, clients meet briefly with a case manager to identify goals, then attend a same-day therapy session.
  3. For Emergency Department, bring Ontario Health Card (OHIP) number, current medication list, and any other important medical information (e.g., allergies).

Getting Here

  1. Located at the west end of Cobourg, just south of the 401.
  2. Access from the 401: Exit # 472 south onto Burnham Street, then turn west onto DePalma Drive.
  3. Access from Hwy #2: Hwy #2 to Elgin Street, north onto Burnham Street, then turn west onto DePalma Drive.
