Instructions
- Most patients, both new and established, are required to have a referral from their Primary Care Physician to be seen by a specialist.
- Patients must check with their PCP before their appointment to validate their referral has been processed.
- A 24-hour advanced notice is required to cancel an appointment, otherwise a $50 no-show charge may be billed.
