Instructions
- Have your Ontario Health Card ready when you call.
- Have a list of your medications (including any over the counter medications) and any important medical conditions available for your VTAC appointment.
- If symptoms worsen before your appointment, call back the Renfrew County Virtual Triage and Assessment Centre.
Getting Here
- Pembroke site: Parking is at rear of building, enter at Entrance B – under the old Ambulance Bay.
- Renfrew site: Enter at main entrance, located on ground floor.
- Arnprior site: Parking is in front of building, or along street, enter at main entrance, once inside building, use door to the right.
