Instructions

  1. All visits are by appointment only.
  2. Patients who wish to review results can do so by phone Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  3. Health care providers will always follow up by phone with clients who have abnormal results.
