Instructions

  1. Clients may self-refer to the clinic and do not require a referral to enter the program.
  2. Clients pursuing intracavernosal injection therapy should be prepared for a medication fee ($20) and up to 2 hours in the clinic.
  3. Clients pursuing injection therapy for home use will have a $75 fee for dedicated teaching and education.

Getting Here

  1. The clinic is located at 3200 Dufferin St., at the corner of Samor Road and Dufferin St. It is a 5-story glass tower on the West side, located about halfway between Yorkdale Mall and Lawrence Avenue.
  2. The entrance to the tower faces Dufferin St. and is beside the UPS store.
  3. Take the elevator to the 4th Floor, then turn right and go down the hall to Suite 402.
