Older adults with cognitive impairment and their families/caregivers, particularly those in Western North Carolina.

Instructions

  1. A referral is needed from a healthcare provider involved in the person's care, preferably the primary care physician.
  2. Caregivers must be present at every appointment.
  3. A packet of information needs to be completed and sent in prior to the appointment.

Getting Here

  1. MemoryCare's Asheville Clinic is located next to the Givens Manor on the Givens Estates campus.
  2. MemoryCare's Haywood County Clinic is located at the Haywood County Senior Resource Center, with the main entrance by the rocking chairs.
