Individuals aged 12 or older in York Region, North York, and South Simcoe with concerns related to substance use and problem gambling, including those experiencing homelessness, impaired driving offenses, or criminal charges related to substance use.

Instructions

  1. Clients who do not attend any 3 consecutive appointments without calling may be asked to go back onto the waitlist.
  2. Clients who cancel or reschedule 3 consecutive appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may also be asked to go back onto the waitlist.
  3. Treat staff and other clients with respect.
