  1. Fast before surgery according to recommended times (8 hours for fatty/fried food, 6 hours for light meal/milk, 4 hours for breast milk, 2 hours for clear liquids).
  2. Consult anesthesiologist or APASS nurse regarding medications before surgery.
  3. Inform anesthesiologist about all medications, including over-the-counter, prior to procedure.
