  1. For Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization and Visceral Manipulation, wear stretchy, loose fitting shorts and a stretchy, loose fitting tank top.
  2. For CranioSacral Therapy, wear comfortable clothing.
  3. For traditional full-body Oil Massage, remove only the articles of clothing that you are comfortable with removing; you will be fully covered with a table sheet/blanket, only the area being worked on is uncovered.
